The PowerRail Accounting Department is responsible for more than just our employee payroll. In addition, they ensure that our customers receive and pay their invoices in a timely manner, and pay our vendors for the products and services that we, at PowerRail, use on a daily basis. Keeping records on our property assets and inventory is also a top priority.




Customer Service

Our Customer Service Department is busy every day processing sales orders for our various customers, from Mechanical Contractors, to Short Line, Regional and Class I Railroads.  In addition, they are the heart of the organization, answering customers’ questions, providing quotes, and addressing any customer needs. They are responsible for your personal happiness and satisfaction in our company.



The primary focus of the Logistics Department at PowerRail is to send the correct product to the customer with the utmost care in packaging and shipping. They are responsible for storage, distribution, warehousing, movement of our products from one place to another (internally and externally), as well as tracking and delivery of products.






The primary focus of the Manufacturing Department at PowerRail is to ensure that parts and components not only meet or exceed OEM specifications, but also pass our AAR M-1003 process, which offers reliability and cost savings. Because of these standards, and our proven track record, our customers purchase from PowerRail with confidence.



PowerRail’s Management Team consists of the industries most talented, highly skilled and experienced people. From Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical, Manufacturing and many other segments, our team is highly trained to service the end user…Our Customers.




The Procurement Department at PowerRail is responsible for securing parts for the entire PowerRail Family of Companies. This involves negotiating and sourcing parts with multiple vendors in multiple countries around the world. In addition, they are also charged with managing our inventory to ensure there is an adequate amount of parts in stock at all times.

Quality Department

The PowerRail Quality Assurance Department plays a crucial role in our company’s commitment to excellence by ensuring that all products meet high standards of quality. Our dedication to this cause is demonstrated through our AAR M-1003 certification and audit process. In addition, we have personnel certified in Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Train the Trainer.  We also have on staff an AAR Certified Auditor and a Department of Defense rated Gage Calibration Specialist.



Technical & Field Support           

The primary focus of the Technical & Field Support Department at PowerRail is to ensure the customer is truly satisfied with the performance of our products and services. In addition we offer assistance and training as a true relationship and partnership.
