PowerRail Distribution Incorporated today announced the promotion of Mike Rutkowski to Junior Vice President, Southern Region. Under this role, Mike will report directly to Mark Nolan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He will be responsible for managing all sales and service for Class 1 Railroads, like CSX and BNSF, along with Regionals, and Short Lines and assisting with the Passenger Transit Division.
